I dag var vi i høymessen (på latin) i Vallettas domkirke (eller mer presis co-cathedral, siden domkirken er i den gamle hovedstaden Mdina). Vi besøkte også kirken for to dager siden, som turister – med audioguide og det hele. Om denne kirken kan vi lese på Wikipedia:
The church is dedicated to Saint John the Baptist. It was built by the Order of St. John between 1572 and 1577. … In the 17th century, its interior was redecorated in the Baroque style by Mattia Preti and other artists.
